Absolutely! Once your physical book is printed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status anytime by visiting ‘My Orders’ in your account, or use our public order tracking page if you don’t have an account.

Yes! SoulPrint Books make incredibly meaningful gifts for baby showers, birthdays, or any special occasion. Simply enter the child’s birth information and choose the shipping address where you’d like the book delivered. You can add a personal note during checkout that will be included in the order confirmation email.

Yes! During checkout, you can add a personal note in the ‘Personal Note’ field. While this note isn’t printed in the book itself, it will be included in the order confirmation email. For a truly personalized touch, consider writing a handwritten note to include with the physical book when it arrives.

If you notice an error before your book is generated (usually within 24 hours), contact us immediately at support@soulprintbooks.com and we’ll update it. Once the book is generated, we cannot modify it, but we can offer a discount on a corrected reorder. Double-check all birth details before submitting—especially the birth time and location!

Digital PDFs: Due to the personalized nature and immediate delivery, digital editions are non-refundable once generated. Physical Books: If your book arrives damaged or has printing defects, we’ll replace it free of charge. If you’re unsatisfied with the content quality, contact us within 30 days and we’ll work with you to make it right. We stand behind our work!

Once your book is generated (typically 24-48 hours after ordering), you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access it anytime from ‘My Orders’ in your account. The PDF is print-ready at 8.5×11″ and works on any device. We recommend saving a backup copy to your computer or cloud storage.
